Creative Sourcing Techniques for Recruiters

Seventy percent of the global workforce is made up of passive talent - people who aren’t actively job searching. Identifying high-quality passive talent requires a “practical approach likely to yield repeatable, replicable, and scalable results.” -Glen Cathey

Still, practical creativity has its place, especially when optimizing the trusted tools we rely on most frequently. In this talk, Maisha will share unique techniques that will empower recruiters to creatively identify passive talent across industries and geographies.

In this session, you will learn:

  • How practical creativity is pivotal in setting the strategy for a successful search
  • How to identify high-quality leads using the resources in your existing toolbox
  • How to effectively integrate creative sourcing techniques into your recruiting workflow
