Code of Conduct & Registration Terms and Conditions

RECRUITING CONFERENCE CODE OF CONDUCT
Minnesota Recruiters is a conference intended for networking, collaboration and professional development for Recruiting and Human Resources professionals.

This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for our behavior as members of the Minnesota Recruiters community and attendees to our events. We value the participation of each member of the Minnesota Recruiters community and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees throughout the conference and at all conference events.

These guidelines to be followed by all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event.

We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Minnesota Recruiters is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds, experiences and beliefs.

Any Attendee violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers. If you witness any inappropriate behavior by any attendee, please inform one of our Advisory Board members or event volunteers immediately.

Thank you for helping make this a welcoming, friendly event for all of our members and attendees.

REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Minnesota Recruiters & Recruiters Network Registration Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in Minnesota Recruiters and various activities associated with Minnesota Recruiters (the “Event”). These Terms are an agreement between Talent HQ, LLC (“Minnesota Recruiters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the entity you represent (“you,” or “your”). By clicking “Pay Now” on the Minnesota Recruiters registration page, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms and have read and agreed to the code of conduct.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
To ensure the best attendee experience, we cap the total number of attendees at our recruiting conferences and networking events. Tickets are available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis. Given we purchase event space on a per-headcount basis and we are not able to add additional seating, and we close registration based on ticket sales and remaining inventory, all purchases are non-refundable regardless of circumstances. We are more than happy to accommodate a ticket transfer to a peer or colleague internally.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Please note that your contact details and other information we collect are subject to the Minnesota Recruiters privacy policy and these Terms. You consent to our collection, use and disclosure of the information you enter when registering for the Event. Your contact information will be used to send details and announcements to you related to the Event and other Minnesota Recruiters marketing communications. We will also provide attendee information to Underwriting sponsors. We do not sell any membership information and Minnesota Recruiters will only send occasional updates. Your subscription settings can be changed at any time.
