The request carries risk, including legal risks that could place an employer squarely in the cross hairs of a couple federal agencies. Kate Bischoff, an employment attorney, will cover the risks while pitching brand awareness initiatives.

Kate is an enthusiastic employment attorney and a SHRM-SCP human resources professional who advises and represents management in a variety of employment law matters including recruitment, retention, performance management, termination, and litigation. She is a frequent speaker on the impact of technology in the workplace, including social media and the risks of technology.
